Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, Replacements & Refunds
There are no returns for products shipped out without a cancellation request submitted within the first 48 hours of the purchase. Scentiqs does not accept returns of any items purchased and received as we can no longer guarantee the product once it is received by the customer.
Scentiqs guarantees any sample or decant purchased to be 100% authentic and genuine fragrance decanted from the original manufacturer’s bottle.
We are very thorough and careful to wrap and package the order securely for shipment. However, if you receive an order that has been damaged, leaked, broken or faulty, send us a photo of the item as received and the order receipt. We will be sure to rectify the situation.Â
Please inspect the package you received within 3 days of receiving it – to ensure there are no issues to address, as after 3 days we will no longer replace any claims.
All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged. Â
We kindly ask that you give 3-5 business days for this transaction to post to your account.

3. Lost or Stolen Shipments
Scentiqs is not responsible for any shipments claimed to be lost or stolen after the time of delivery to the correct address listed for the shipment. We consider a shipment delivered once it has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. If you believe your shipment has been lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund for an eligible item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at Sales@Scentiqs.com within 5 days of the date of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) if necessary.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned item(s).
